[Asia Economy Reporter Park Jihwan] Emart announced on the 11th that it will sell the land and building of its headquarters in Seongsu-dong, Seoul, for 1.22 trillion KRW.
The transaction counterpart is a consortium of Mirae Asset Global Investments and Krafton.
The disposal amount corresponds to 5.46% of the total assets. The disposal date is the 18th of this month.
