[Asia Economy Reporter Gong Byung-sun] Sempio Foods announced on the 10th that it has decided to provide a debt guarantee worth 11.8 billion KRW to its subsidiary SEMPIO FOOD SERVICES to purchase a logistics warehouse in the eastern United States.
This amounts to approximately 6.1% of its equity capital.
