[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Jong-hwa] The Korea Technology and Information Promotion Agency for SMEs (TIPA) is hiring 44 creative talents to grow as key players supporting the innovative growth of small and venture businesses.
TIPA posted the recruitment announcement on the 4th and plans to accept applications through the online application system by 6 p.m. on the 19th from candidates who meet the qualification requirements.
The recruitment fields and numbers include 19 general positions (regional project operation general manager, regional project management, project management), 6 permanent positions (R&D evaluation management, clerical staff), 1 open position (Legal TF Team Leader), 3 professional committee members (business planning and operation, accounting/tax), and 15 experiential youth interns. After each selection stage, appointments are expected in December or January next year.
Notably, through the planned functional adjustment by institution in 2022, TIPA will manage regional project tasks, and is recruiting experienced personnel related to regional project management. Only those with work experience related to fostering regional industries and regional SMEs can apply for the general positions of Grade 2 regional project operation general manager and Grade 3 regional project management.
Additionally, as a public institution leading the realization of social value, TIPA is recruiting 3 permanent positions in the R&D evaluation management field (research support) through a restricted competition for national merit recipients, and 3 clerical staff positions (public service) allocated for high school graduates. Furthermore, for the project management field (general position Grade 4), a hiring quota system for talent from previous regions (Daejeon, Sejong, Chungcheong) will be implemented to contribute to revitalizing youth employment in the region.
