BGF Acquires KOFRA Shares Worth 180.9 Billion KRW... 44.3% Stake

[Asia Economy Reporter Park Soyeon] BGF, a KOSPI-listed company, announced on the 4th that it will acquire 10,969,174 shares of KOPRA, a manufacturer and seller of high-performance polymer materials, for approximately 180.9 billion KRW. After the acquisition, the shareholding ratio will be 44.3%. The scheduled date for the stock acquisition is the 22nd of next month.
