Jungheung Construction Group's Jungheung Togeon announced on the 2nd that last month it secured contracts for the reconstruction of 249 units at Bella Apartments in Songjeong-dong, Gumi City, 191 units at Sangnok Samik Serim reconstruction in Hyoseong-dong, Gyeyang-gu, Incheon, and 322 units in the street housing maintenance project in Wonjong-dong, Bucheon City.
Jungheung Construction Group continued a relay of orders focusing on small-scale reconstruction projects and street housing maintenance projects, in addition to medium and large-scale maintenance projects in metropolitan and provincial cities.
Jungheung Construction Group is expected to secure urban maintenance projects worth approximately 720 billion KRW, with contracts scheduled within the year for areas including Wolgye-dong in Nowon-gu, Ganeung-dong in Uijeongbu, Ojeong-dong in Bucheon, Siheung-dong in Geumcheon-gu, and Sansu-dong in Gwangju.
Song Jong-man, Executive Director of Jungheung Construction Urban Maintenance Business, said, "We are actively competing for urban maintenance orders across the metropolitan area and nationwide," adding, "As the brand awareness of Jungheung Construction has increased, we will do our best to supply premium apartments based on trust."
Meanwhile, Jungheung Construction Group established its Urban Maintenance Business Division in 2015 and recorded orders exceeding 1.1 trillion KRW in its first year alone, and has since recorded over 5 trillion KRW in urban maintenance project orders to date.
