[Asia Economy Reporter Dongwoo Lee] Air Busan announced that it will operate the "Air Busan Dream Campus - Customized Job Training Program," where participants can learn airline jobs such as flight operations, cabin crew, and airport services, starting from the 2nd.
This training program by Air Busan is part of the "Air Busan Dream Campus" program, created in July in collaboration with Busan City and the Busan Economic Promotion Agency to expand the regional aviation industry base and nurture future aviation professionals. The program consists of a "Field Job Experience Course," where participants are assigned to actual departments for one month of practical experience, and a "Customized Job Training Program," where participants can learn about all airline job roles including flight operations, cabin crew, maintenance, airport services, and flight management.
The "Customized Job Training Program" will be held twice a week (Tuesdays and Thursdays) for five weeks starting from the 2nd at the Air Busan headquarters building. It targets 50 local aviation industry job seekers and provides basic education on all airline job roles, including understanding pilot training (flight operations), in-flight service practice (cabin), aircraft boarding procedures (airport), and an introduction to flight management duties (flight management).
An Air Busan official stated, "The goal of this training program is to help prospective local aviation professionals discover the job roles that suit them and become key players in the future aviation industry," adding, "We will take the lead in nurturing local talent by utilizing Air Busan's aviation personnel training capabilities and excellent in-house training facilities."
