SPC Paris Baguette Launches Kim Yeon-kyung's 'World-Class Native Yeast Grain Bread'


[Asia Economy Reporter Moon Hyewon] Paris Baguette announced on the 28th that it has launched the ‘World-Class Native Yeast Grain Bread’ in collaboration with player Kim Yeon-kyung.


This product carries a special meaning as a meeting between Paris Baguette’s unique native yeast technology, which has been patented and globally recognized in countries such as the United States, France, China, and Japan, and the world-class volleyball player Kim Yeon-kyung, under the concept of ‘World-Class X World-Class.’


The World-Class Native Yeast Grain Bread is baked using Paris Baguette’s baking expertise with more than 11 types of various grains and seeds including whole wheat, barley, rye, oats, and millet. It features the bread’s unique savory flavor and chewy texture. Additionally, the nutritious grains are embedded throughout the bread’s cross-section, offering not only rich nutrition but also an enjoyable texture from the grains that can be chewed intermittently. While it can be enjoyed as is to fully appreciate the chewy texture and nutty grain flavor, combining it with various ingredients such as jam or toppings provides an even more distinctive appeal.


As the new product is affectionately nicknamed ‘World-Class Bread’ and ‘Kim Yeon-kyung Bread,’ the packaging prominently features an image of the brand model, player Kim Yeon-kyung.
