Leading Customer Consultation Service Innovation with the Boiler Industry's First Chatbot-Based 'AS Reception Service' Introduction

[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Jong-hwa] Kiturami Co., Ltd. announced on the 28th that it was selected as an excellent company in the home boiler sector in the '2021 KS-CQI Call Center Quality Index' survey.
The KS-CQI Call Center Quality Index is an evaluation model developed by the Korea Standards Association (KSA) to assess and measure the quality of call center consultation services of domestic companies. The survey results were calculated by conducting expert telephone monitoring surveys and customer satisfaction surveys on call center usage targeting 183 companies and 34 institutions across 52 industries from June to August.
Kiturami Boiler received consistently high scores across 39 detailed evaluation items in 7 components including fundamental service, additional service, accessibility, reliability, friendliness, proactiveness, and physical environment, achieving the highest score in the home boiler sector and being selected as an excellent company in the 2021 KS-CQI.
Kiturami Boiler has innovated after-sales service by establishing a smartphone-based mobile aftercare system that drastically shortens service procedures, and implementing services such as the 'Customer Assurance Text Service' and the 'Happy Call' system.
In particular, it was the first in the industry to introduce the chatbot-based 'KakaoTalk AS Reception Service,' improving the system so that customers can consult and apply for services more quickly.
Since its launch in 2018, the 'Kiturami Boiler KakaoTalk AS Reception Service' has surpassed 280,000 Plus Friends, recording the highest number of Plus Friends in the boiler industry and establishing itself as a major service channel for Kiturami.
To protect counselors from the spread of COVID-19 infection, Kiturami Boiler has introduced and operated a work-from-home system and continues multifaceted efforts such as regularly conducting online job training to provide high-quality customer consultation services.
