SK Chemical Sells Machinery, Equipment, and Goodwill for 38.5 Billion KRW

[Asia Economy Reporter Ji Yeon-jin] SK Chemicals announced on the 27th that it has decided to dispose of part of the land and machinery located in Nam-gu, Ulsan, valued at approximately 121.9 billion KRW based on the book value as of the end of March this year, to HDC Hyundai EP for 38.5 billion KRW.

The company explained, "We will pursue the sale of the business due to limitations in profitability improvement and financial burdens."
