The Doosan We’ve the Zenith Central Yeoui model house will be located in the Sungui-dong area of Michuhol-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City, and to prevent the spread of COVID-19 infections, a cyber model house will also be operated simultaneously.
The model house will operate by prior visit reservation. Prospective visitors can apply for a visit reservation through the official website of Doosan We’ve the Zenith Central Yeoui. Admission is allowed for the visitor plus one accompanying person, but entry will be restricted if masks are not worn or if the body temperature is 37.5 degrees Celsius or higher during temperature screening.
Meanwhile, Doosan We’ve the Zenith Central Yeoui will be reborn as a large apartment complex with a total of 1,115 households, ranging from 4 basement floors to 35 above-ground floors, through the Yeoui District housing redevelopment project. Of these, 676 households, excluding those for union members, will be offered for general sale. By exclusive area, the units are composed of △52m2 28 households, △59m2 219 households, △62m2 95 households, △72m2 202 households, △84m2 148 households, and △109m2 32 households.
Michuhol-gu, Incheon, is a non-speculative overheated district and a subscription overheated area. For units with an exclusive area of △85m2 or less, 25%, and for those exceeding △85m2, 70% of residents will be selected by lottery. As of the announcement date of the resident recruitment, residents of Incheon and the metropolitan area are eligible to apply.
