'All You Can Meat' Promotion Featuring Premium Meats Through Year-End
Next Month, Introducing Bakery and Beverages Using Superfood Blueberries
[Asia Economy Reporter Yuri Kim] Seoul Dragon City announced on the 27th that it will present various promotions in collaboration with the U.S. Meat Export Federation (USMEF) and the U.S. Highbush Blueberry Council (USHBC) to welcome the autumn season.
The hotel stated about the new menu, "We have prepared a variety of dishes incorporating U.S. meats raised primarily on pure grains, known for their top quality, and blueberries, recognized as one of the world's top 10 superfoods, infused with the chef's expertise."
In partnership with the U.S. Meat Export Federation, the 'All You Can Meat' promotion featuring high-quality U.S. beef and pork will be available from next month 1st through December 31st at Seoul Dragon City's L'Amaison Wine & Dine, Food Exchange, The Ribbon, and THE 26.
At L'Amaison Wine & Dine, a 'Home Party To-Go' menu has been prepared so guests can enjoy the hotel chef's dishes at home. The set is designed for 4 to 5 people and includes a bottle of wine, 'Bogle Cabernet Sauvignon.' At the buffet restaurant Food Exchange, the 'Meat Festival' will be showcased. At the live station, chefs will serve beef chuck flap tail and LA galbi on the spot, while brisket and pork ribs can be enjoyed at the BBQ carving trolley, and sirloin is available in the cold food section. The restaurant The Ribbon in Sky Kingdom offers a special course menu, 'Chef's Tasting Episode,' featuring beef tartare, outside skirt, short ribs, and sirloin. THE 26 presents the 'Porterhouse Steak,' highlighting the natural flavors of the ingredients.
In collaboration with the U.S. Highbush Blueberry Council, the 'Violet Moment' bakery and beverage menu featuring blueberries has been prepared. At L'Amaison Deli, new bakery items such as cakes, tarts, and pound cakes are introduced, while the Lobby Lounge & Bar Megabyte offers blueberry smoothies, martinis, and daiquiris. On the 31st floor of Sky Kingdom, the lounge bar Kings Vacation has launched a new Greek yogurt blueberry cocktail.
