Geumgang Housing to Launch Sales Next Month for 'GTX Unjeong Station Geumgang Penterium Central Park'


[Asia Economy Reporter Ryu Tae-min] Geumgang Housing announced on the 27th that it plans to sell "GTX Unjeong Station Geumgang Pentarium Central Park" in Paju Unjeong New Town next month.


This complex is a post-sale apartment scheduled for occupancy in July next year and is subject to the price ceiling system. It will be located in Paju Unjeong 3 District A32 Block, consisting of 778 households in total, from basement level 1 to 15 floors above ground. All units are composed of a single exclusive area of 84㎡. The number of households by type is ▲84㎡A 414 units ▲84㎡B 175 units ▲84㎡C 189 units.


Paju Unjeong 3 District is called the final district of the development of Paju Unjeong New Town (Unjeong 1, 2 Districts, Gyoha District, Unjeong 3 District), the largest new town in the northern metropolitan area with a total of about 103,000 households. It is the largest scale within Paju Unjeong New Town, expected to house about 45,000 households.


In particular, the district is expected to open the Metropolitan Area Express Train (GTX) Line A Unjeong Station (scheduled for 2025), and it is adjacent to the Unjeong Medical Cluster (scheduled for 2024), which is considered a core development project of Paju Unjeong New Town, raising expectations.


This complex is adjacent to GTX-A Unjeong Station and is also expected to benefit from the planned extension of Subway Line 3. It is accessible to Yadang Station on the Gyeongui-Jungang Line, and entry to the Metropolitan Area 2nd Outer Ring Road, Seoul-Munsan Expressway, and Jayu-ro is convenient.


An elementary school is planned to be newly established right in front of the complex, and kindergarten as well as middle and high schools are also planned to be newly built within walking distance, allowing residents to enjoy a one-stop school zone.


The complex is designed mainly facing south, with all units designed in a 4Bay slab-type cross-ventilation structure to enhance openness and maximize lighting and ventilation. Inside the units, 4-room and two-sided open floor plans are introduced by type, and storage space and space utilization are expanded by applying entrance pantries, corridor pantries, master bedroom dressing rooms, alpha rooms, and large walk-in dressing rooms.


A sales official said, "As real estate prices in Paju have been rising recently, there is considerable interest from buyers in new sales, and many inquiries have already been received regarding this complex." He added, "In particular, this complex stands out because it allows residents to enjoy various development benefits of Paju Unjeong New Town nearby and is a post-sale product that allows for quick occupancy, so interest is very high."
