POSCO Construction to Launch Sales Next Month for 'The Sharp Dongseongro Centriel' in Jung-gu, Daegu

POSCO Engineering & Construction announced on the 26th that it will launch sales of 'The Sharp Dongseongro Centriel' next month in the Gongpyeong-dong area of Jung-gu, Daegu.

This complex is located in Gongpyeong-dong, Jung-gu, Daegu, consisting of 3 buildings with a total of 392 units, ranging from 3 basement floors to a maximum of 49 floors above ground. By type, it includes ▲84㎡A with 262 units and ▲84㎡B with 130 units, which are highly preferred sizes among consumers. Retail facilities will also be included on the lower floors.

Jung-gu, where the complex is located, is known as the center of Daegu with a concentration of residential, commercial, and office facilities. Recently, high-rise branded residential-commercial complexes have been emerging one after another, increasing its value as a new residential town.

The complex is situated in a double station area within walking distance of Jungangno Station on Daegu Subway Line 1 and Banwoldang Station, a transfer station for Lines 1 and 2. It also offers easy access to Daegu city and beyond via nearby Gongpyeong-ro, Dalgubeol-daero, and Gukchaebosang-ro. Additionally, Daegu Station (Gyeongbu Line) and Dongdaegu Station (KTX, SRT) are easily accessible.
