Weekend Complex Shopping Malls and 3 Major Marts 10% Discount Benefits Also
[Asia Economy Reporter Ki Ha-young] Shinhan Card announced on the 26th that it will launch the 'Haetsallon Card' to improve payment convenience for low-income vulnerable groups and to provide credit card usage benefits.
The Haetsallon Card can be applied for by those who have completed credit management education, have an annual disposable income of over 6 million KRW, and do not own a personal credit card with a personal credit score in the bottom 10% or lower.
The Shinhan Haetsallon Card has an annual fee of 5,000 KRW and features various lifestyle discount benefits. It offers a 7% discount on spending at small and medium-sized daily necessities retail stores such as neighborhood supermarkets and general stores (excluding department stores and major discount stores). Additionally, it provides a 10% discount at coffee shops and bakeries, and on weekends, a 10% discount is available at complex shopping malls and the three major marts (E-mart, Homeplus, Lotte Mart).
The monthly discount limit varies depending on the previous month's usage. If the usage exceeds 300,000 KRW in the previous month, the discount limit is 12,000 KRW; if it exceeds 600,000 KRW, the limit is 20,000 KRW.
The Shinhan Haetsallon Card can be applied for starting from the 27th through the Korea Inclusive Finance Agency by undergoing guarantee application and screening, and signing a guarantee agreement. Applications can be made on the Shinhan Card website or via the Shinhan Card mobile application (app).
