A Bumper Year for the Sale of 3,500 Housing Units in Naepo New City, Chungnam Perspective view of Naepo New Town 'Bando Yubora Mark Edition'


In Naepo New Town, designated as an innovation city in Chungnam last October, 3,500 housing units are set to be released.


According to industry sources on the 25th, Bando Construction plans to offer 'Bando Yubora Mark Edition' for sale in November at RC-2 Block in Naepo New Town.


This will be the first residential-commercial complex apartment in Naepo New Town, along with 'Papier Naepo,' the first branded shopping mall in the area. The complex consists of 12 buildings ranging from three basement floors to 25 above-ground floors, totaling 955 units, all with a single exclusive area of 84㎡. Hongbuk Elementary School (scheduled to relocate), Hanul Elementary School, Naepo Elementary School, Naepo Middle School, and Hongseong High School are within walking distance, and a cluster of private academies is located in front of the complex.


Jungheung Construction Group's Jungheung Togeon opened the model house for 'Naepo New Town Jungheung S-Class The City' at RH-3 Block in Naepo New Town on the 8th and is currently selling units. The complex consists of 15 buildings ranging from two basement floors to a maximum of 29 above-ground floors, with a total of 1,120 units sized between 59 and 84㎡.


Daebang Construction plans to supply 1,474 apartment units in RM14-1 and RM14-2 Blocks of Naepo New Town in the first half of next year. The complex will consist of small to medium-sized units ranging from 60 to 85㎡. The Do-cheong Avenue, which runs through Naepo New Town, as well as Naepo Elementary School, Naepo Middle School, and Hongseong High School are nearby. A university and a general hospital are also adjacent.


Naepo New Town, the location of the Chungnam Provincial Government Office, is a new town being developed over an area of 9,951,729㎡ spanning Hongbuk-eup in Hongseong-gun and Sapgyo-eup in Yesan-gun. It is designed to accommodate a population of 100,000 and 41,938 households. It was officially designated as an innovation city in Chungnam last October. Expectations are high that housing demand will increase due to the second phase of public institution relocations, factory construction and operation by attracted companies, and population inflow from new business attraction.
