Sim Sang-jung Visits Bongha: "Advancing Citizens' Lives to Developed Country Standards" On the morning of the 24th, Sim Sang-jung, the Justice Party presidential candidate, and Representative Yeo Young-guk visited the burial site of former President Roh Moo-hyun in Bongha Village, Jinyeong-eup, Gimhae City, Gyeongnam, and left a guestbook entry.

[Asia Economy Reporter Choi Dae-yeol] Sim Sang-jung, the presidential candidate of the Justice Party, visited Bongha Village in Gyeongbuk on the 24th and said, "I will create a country where citizens' lives are like those in advanced countries, and a reasonable country without unfairness and privileges."

On the same day, Candidate Sim, along with party officials including Representative Yeo Young-guk, paid respects at the grave of former President Roh Moo-hyun in Bongha Village, Jinyeong-eup, Gimhae City, Gyeongnam. He wrote on Facebook, "The Justice Party is a party firmly united by Jeon Tae-il and Roh Moo-hyun," adding, "Even when the Democratic Party was in turmoil, we proudly continued to inherit and develop the 'Roh Moo-hyun spirit' steadfastly."

He continued, "Even in defeat, we accepted principled losses and confessed and thoroughly resolved anything that was not honorable before the people," and said, "To not be ashamed before the people, over the past nine years, we have unwaveringly pursued labor respect, judicial reform, political reform, eradication of real estate speculation, and balanced development."

In the guestbook, he wrote, 'I will carry on the noble will of a world where people live.' During the visit, he placed his hand on the large flat rock and knelt down. He said, "If Roh Moo-hyun's comprehensive real estate tax had been completed, there would have been no Daejang-dong scandal, and if Roh Moo-hyun's judicial reform had proceeded normally, there would have been no 'gobal saju' (accusation scandal). If the desire for political reform had been fulfilled, the 'double standards' politics that only blame others would not have become so severe."
