The Korea Quality Satisfaction Index is a quality measurement model jointly developed by the Korea Standards Association (KSA) and the Korean Society for Quality Management, reflecting the characteristics of products and services and customer satisfaction.
Consumers and experts with experience using the company's products and services evaluate six usage quality items: ▲performance ▲reliability ▲durability ▲usability ▲safety ▲accessibility, and three emotional quality items: ▲image ▲recognition ▲novelty, measuring the excellence and satisfaction of quality. It is regarded as a representative comprehensive domestic quality satisfaction index.
SK Rent-a-Car has achieved first place in the rental car category six times from 2011 to this year. In particular, this year's award received high evaluations in performance, reliability, and accessibility.
Especially, SK Rent-a-Car has been providing Smart Link, a customer-specific vehicle management solution developed in-house in 2017, to more than 330 companies and public institutions with 22,000 vehicles.
Smart Link is equipped with vehicle management based on real-time driving information, car-sharing that allows company cars to be shared outside working hours, and a fleet scheduler service that provides various driving data and optimal driving routes.
Moreover, reflecting the non-face-to-face social trend, SK Rent-a-Car launched the new car long-term rental online direct service 'SK Rent-a-Car Direct' last May, enhancing convenience and accessibility for users.
SK Rent-a-Car Direct is a service that allows customers to get a quote and complete a contract for the desired vehicle anytime and anywhere within just 3 minutes after simple authentication via PC or mobile.
Customers who only want a general estimate by vehicle type can check within one minute without personal authentication by selecting the vehicle, contract conditions, driver range, maintenance service availability, and initial burden amount.
