On November 11th, the Ministry of Patriots and Veterans Affairs will hold the "UN Veterans International Memorial Ceremony (Turn Toward Busan)" at the UN Memorial Park to remember and honor the noble sacrifices of UN veterans who participated in the Korean War and defended the Republic of Korea’s freedom and democracy.
In the UN Special Zone around Nam-gu, the "World Peace Walking Competition" will be held until November 11th to commemorate UN veterans and promote Busan’s image as a center of world peace.
