On the 21st, a poster containing a promise from residents to coexist with security guards is posted in a security office of an apartment in Seoul. The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport began enforcing the revised Enforcement Decree of the Apartment Housing Management Act, which clearly defines the scope of duties for security guards in apartment complexes.
