According to the Seo-gu Council, Councilor Go stated in a 5-minute free speech, "Following government policy, the number of national and public daycare centers is increasing, and conversions to national and public daycare centers are also rising, so thorough verification is necessary during the conversion." She asserted, "Seo-gu Office must conduct thorough reviews when converting to national and public daycare centers so that residents can trust and entrust their children to these centers."

She continued, "Seo-gu Office should provide detailed guidance on specific support conditions to ensure sufficient incentives during the conversion to national and public daycare centers," and added, "Please listen carefully to the opinions of daycare center directors who are active on the ground and implement daycare policies suitable for our district."

Additionally, she said, "After hearing the opinions of those currently operating daycare centers in our district, they are expressing difficulties due to a decrease in infants and toddlers and an increase in home care caused by COVID-19," and added, "I hope that systematic childcare support policies and clear standards for national and public conversion will be established so that daycare centers that have worked hard for infant and toddler care in our district are not discriminated against."
