"Jiniya, order Samdasoo water" KT, Giga Genie simple water ordering service

[Asia Economy Reporter Joeslgina] KT announced on the 21st that it has launched a ‘Water Easy Order Service’ that allows customers to conveniently order bottled water at home using the AI TV ‘Giga Genie’.

The Water Easy Order Service is an AI shopping service that enables ordering ‘Jeju Samdasoo’ through KT Giga Genie. By saying “Genie, order Samdasoo,” the ‘Water Easy Order Service’ is activated. Customers can order bottled water to their home with three voice commands: “Add it,” “Buy it,” and “Pay for it.”

One of the features is that Giga Genie automatically retrieves the delivery information, making the ordering process simple. Additionally, previous purchase history is saved, allowing for even more convenient reordering. KT plans to offer a feature within this year that uses personalized AI technology to predict customers’ bottled water consumption patterns and notify them of the optimal purchase timing via voice.

To celebrate the launch, a discount event for Jeju Samdasoo will be held. From October 21 to November 30, customers can purchase Jeju Samdasoo at a special discounted price through Giga Genie.
