[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Isul] Actress Baek Joohee continues her success with "My Name" following "Human Class."

Baek Joohee played Kang Suyeon, a lawyer leading the business operations of boss Mujin's (Park Heesoon) organization, in "My Name" (directed by Kim Jinmin), which was released on the online streaming service (OTT) Netflix on the 15th.

"My Name" is a work depicting Jiwoo (Han Sohee), who joins an organization to find the person who killed her father, infiltrates the police under a new name, and faces harsh truths and revenge. Suyeon is a quiet but strong and cold-hearted lawyer who rarely shows her emotions. She supports Mujin (Park Heesoon) as the brain behind the organization's business operations disguised as a company, and fiercely confronts the drug investigation team trying to arrest Mujin, adding tension to the drama.

Baek Joohee, who has been active on musical stages, has expanded her domain to the small screen and cinema. Last year, she portrayed the cynical and mysterious Mijeong, who is hard to find any humanity in, in the Netflix series "Human Class," and made a strong impression with a relatable character in JTBC's "Hush."
