[Asia Economy Reporter Seungjin Lee] SPC Samlip announced on the 20th that it will sell a limited edition set of ‘Samlip Hobbang’ and ‘Hojji Mug,’ designed to enjoy Hobbang conveniently and practically.
‘Hojji Mug’ is a collaboration with ‘Fritz,’ combining a Hobbang steamer and a mug cup into one product that reflects the characteristics of both brands. It features graphics of Fritz’s representative character ‘Seal’ and the ‘Hobbang steamer.’
To use, pour 200ml of water into the Hojji Mug, place the Hobbang on the strainer, cover with the lid, and heat in the microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds. The mug can also be used alone to hold coffee, soup, cereal, and more.
The ‘Samlip Hobbang Collaboration Edition’ package includes the ‘Hojji Mug’ and a 12-piece set of Samlip Hobbang. It will first be sold through ‘KakaoTalk Gift’ and plans to expand sales channels to online shopping malls in the future.

Meanwhile, with the sudden cold wave beginning, Hobbang sales last weekend increased by more than 230% compared to the same period the previous week.
