According to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport's real transaction price disclosure system on the 19th, a unit with an exclusive area of 273.64㎡ (4th floor) in this complex was sold for 18.5 billion KRW on the 16th of last month. This is the highest price ever recorded for a multi-family residence since real transaction prices began to be disclosed in 2006. Multi-family residences include apartments, multi-unit houses, and row houses.
Composed of 3 buildings and 18 households, this row house had the highest publicly announced price among all multi-family residences nationwide for 15 years since 2006. However, this year it lost the top spot to the 'PH129' (The Penthouse Cheongdam) apartment in Cheongdam-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul.
