[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Hye-sun] Kolon Life Science announced on the 19th that it will additionally acquire 220,000 shares of its biopharmaceutical manufacturing subsidiary Kolon Biotech for approximately 5.1 billion KRW. After the acquisition, Kolon Life Science's stake in Kolon Biotech will reach 100%. The scheduled date for the stock acquisition is the 21st.
