[Hwasun=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Ji-woon] Jeonnam Hwasun-gun (Governor Gu Chung-gon) is conducting a travel review event called ‘Hwasun 8 Scenic Spots Gourmet Travel’ for tourists from the 20th of this month to the 30th of next month.
According to the county on the 19th, this event was prepared to minimize the travel anxiety caused by COVID-19 and attract small-scale tourists in the autumn season.
To participate, visit one of the 27 tourist sites in the county and one Hwasun restaurant or cafe, then upload ▲one photo of the receipt ▲two photos verifying the visit to the ‘Hwasun Travel Review’ board on the Hwasun-gun Culture and Tourism website.
Anyone can participate in the event, and 200 people will be selected by lottery to receive a gifticon worth 10,000 KRW or a tourism souvenir.
Residents of Hwasun-gun can participate in the event but are not eligible to receive event prizes.
The winners will be announced on December 6th through the county’s Culture and Tourism website.
A county official said, “We hope this travel review event will help relieve travel anxiety and revitalize the local economy,” and added, “Please participate while adhering to social distancing rules to prevent the spread of COVID-19.”
