Dongmoon Construction Begins Official Contract Registration for 'Pyeongtaek Jije Station Dongmoon The East' from the 26th Pyeongtaek Jije Station Dongmun The East Bird's-eye View

[Asia Economy Reporter Ryu Tae-min] Dongmoon Construction announced on the 19th that the official contract for Pyeongtaek Jije Station Dongmoon The East, located in Block 5 of Sinchon District, Chilwon-dong, Pyeongtaek-si, Gyeonggi-do, will be held from the 26th to the 30th.

Pyeongtaek Jije Station Dongmoon The East consists of 12 buildings with 27 floors above ground and 2 basement levels, totaling 741 households, all exclusively 84㎡ in area. The types are ▲84㎡ (exclusive area) A with 562 households ▲84㎡ B with 148 households ▲84㎡ C with 18 households ▲84㎡ D with 13 households.

The Sinchon District where the complex is located has well-established surrounding infrastructure. The central commercial facility within the complex, 'Mom's Square,' consists of four buildings from basement level 1 to the 5th floor, housing various businesses, and the Pyeongtaek Saebit Elementary School is also within the district. The complex is close to Jije Station on Subway Line 1 and SRT, allowing travel to Gangnam Suseo in about 20 minutes via SRT. The wide-area road network, including the Gyeongbu Expressway, Pyeongtaek-Jecheon Expressway, National Road No. 1, and National Road No. 45, is well developed, enabling quick access to Seoul and surrounding cities.

In front of the complex, there is a wide-area bus stop with direct routes to Gangnam, Seoul. Nearby, the Suwon-origin KTX direct connection project, which connects Seojeong-ri Station on National Rail Line 1 to Jije Station over a total length of 9.4 km, and the Pyeongtaek East Expressway (scheduled for completion in 2024) are planned, further improving transportation convenience.

Another advantage is the many industrial complexes nearby, such as Pyeongtaek Chilgoe General Industrial Complex, Pyeongtaek Comprehensive Logistics Complex, and Anseong Wongok General Industrial Complex. The Ssangyong Motor site adjacent to the area saw Pyeongtaek City sign a business agreement with Ssangyong Motor in July for the relocation of the Pyeongtaek factory and development of the current site, with high potential for diverse future development. Additionally, Samsung Semiconductor Pyeongtaek Campus, the world's largest semiconductor production base, began operating its P2 plant in 2018, and construction of the P3 plant is underway, aiming for completion in the second half of 2022. The Pyeongtaek Brain City development, spanning approximately 4.83 million square meters and including corporate, research, medical, and residential facilities, is also in full progress.

The complex design is also notable. The buildings are arranged mainly facing south to ensure good sunlight even on lower floors and to allow good ventilation. Most parking is located underground, while above ground, spaces for water features, Hygge Plaza, Nordic Garden, and a natural forest playground are provided to foster communication among families and neighbors. The floor plans mainly feature 4-bay layouts for openness, with ample storage spaces such as dressing rooms and pantries throughout the homes. Terraces are introduced on the lower floors of the apartments. These terraces are service areas not included in the sale price and can be used in various ways according to lifestyle. Community facilities within the complex will include a kids caf?, daycare center, children's playground, small library, and fitness center.
