Chinese Communist Party's 6th Plenary Session to Be Held from Next Month 8 to 11

Chinese President Xi Jinping is delivering a speech at the 110th anniversary ceremony of the Xinhai Revolution held at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing on the 9th.

The Communist Party of China will hold the 6th Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee (19th 6th Plenum) in Beijing from November 8 to 11, Xinhua News Agency reported on the 18th.

The Party's Central Politburo decided this at a meeting presided over by General Secretary Xi Jinping, the agency said.

About 300 people, including members and alternate members of the Party Central Committee, will attend the meeting.

The 6th Plenum is expected to comprehensively summarize the major achievements and experiences of the Communist Party of China over its 100-year history.

Last year, from October 26 to 29, China held the 19th 5th Plenary Session, where it passed the "dual circulation" development strategy aimed at strengthening the domestic market.
