[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Cho Hyung-joo] Dong-gu, Gwangju (Mayor Im Taek) announced on the 18th that it is recruiting participants for the "Youth Life Design School - Meeting the Inner Me" until the 25th.

The "Youth Life Design School," promoted by Dong-gu since last year, is one of the youth policies of the 7th local government administration. It is a project that supports the dreams of young people so that they can live a self-directed life through the process of exploring "myself."

In August, an opportunity was provided to heal the tired minds of young people through theatrical psychological counseling, and this time, through MBTI (personality type test) and lectures, participants will have time for self-reflection as well as understanding others.

The MBTI test is a self-report personality type test that classifies personality into 16 psychological types and has recently become a cultural trend among young people.

If selected as participants, they are expected to have time to understand and explore "myself" through various courses such as ▲Understanding the MZ Generation (Knowing the power that moves the heart) ▲"Who am I, I am" (Understanding my image in the group) ▲"Ah! That's right, that's right" (Finding my success and failure circuits) ▲MZ Generation MBTI Usage (Designing my future).

The recruitment period is until the 25th, and anyone under the age of 39 who resides in Dong-gu, is currently enrolled (including on leave) at a university in the district, or is employed there can apply. The education period will be operated as an 8-session course over two weeks starting from November 2nd.

To apply, refer to the Dong-gu website, fill out the application form and other required documents, and submit them via email.

Mayor Im Taek of Dong-gu said, "The generation that is struggling the most in this era is the youth," and added, "I hope this opportunity through the MBTI test will allow for proper self-analysis and more proactive life planning, including career and employment."
