[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Choi Soon-kyung] On the morning of the 18th, Hamyang-gun, Gyeongnam held a pledge rally to foster an innovative mindset and proactive administrative organizational culture among Hamyang-gun public officials who communicate and empathize with the residents, ahead of the executive meeting.

This pledge rally is one of the detailed action tasks to connect the growth momentum created by the hosting of the Wild Ginseng Anti-Aging Expo to an administration that "communicates and empathizes with the residents" through the improvement of public officials' innovative mindset, leading to sustainable development of the county.

On this day, with all department heads gathered, the Director of the Administration Bureau read the pledge statement on behalf of everyone and delivered it to Seo Chun-soo, the mayor of Hamyang-gun, pledging active participation in fostering an innovative mindset and proactive administrative organizational culture.

Along with this, the county is promoting the Seongongam (a communication session sharing moving messages from senior public officials), which is a place to share useful know-how in public service life and the direction public officials should take, and is holding a departmental competition to discover excellent cases of proactive administration and innovation suited to the characteristics of Hamyang-gun, as a strategy to create an innovative mindset and proactive administrative organizational culture.
