Krafton to Pursue Purchase of Emart Headquarters Building

[Asia Economy Reporter Buaeri] Krafton is purchasing the Emart headquarters building in Seongsu-dong, Seoul.

On the 18th, Krafton announced that it signed a memorandum of understanding to purchase the Emart headquarters, Seongsu branch land, and building by forming a consortium with Mirae Asset Global Investments.

The sales contract will be signed next month, and the ownership transfer and final payment are scheduled for January next year.

Krafton explained that this is to create a complex cultural space that can expand contact points with global users both online and offline.
