The judges also noted the high level of customer convenience through consultation features tailored to smartphone characteristics, such as business talk consultations and stock talk consultations.

The Namu app is NH Investment & Securities’ mobile securities MTS that offers powerful services comparable to a Home Trading System (HTS) optimized for mobile with a user-friendly UI/UX at reasonable fees. Since its full revamp in 2018, it has led the industry by launching the interest card service for discovering new investment products in 2019, introducing the first securities mobile-specialized conditional search service in 2020, and opening an investment highlight service focused on personalization in 2021, providing the best platform in the industry.
