[Asia Economy Reporter Park Sun-mi] KB Kookmin Bank announced on the 18th that it has signed a "Business Agreement for Mutual Cooperation in Social Contribution" with Korea University Business School.


Through this business agreement, faculty members of Korea University Business School will provide management education programs free of charge to employees of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) recommended by KB Kookmin Bank. Additionally, KB Kookmin Bank plans to promote mutual development with Korea University Business School and strengthen social contribution and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) management by fostering SME executives and driving management innovation.


Kim Woon-tae, Head of the SME Customer Group at KB Kookmin Bank, stated, "Through this agreement, we aim to support SME employees who are struggling due to the prolonged COVID-19 pandemic by providing educational programs," adding, "We will continue to consider various measures and provide generous support to enhance the competitiveness of our SME customers."
