[Asia Economy Reporter Ki-min Lee] Daimler Truck Korea announced on the 18th that it will expand and relocate the official Mercedes-Benz Commercial Vehicle Jeonju Service Center to Gimje-si, Jeonbuk.
The relocated official Mercedes-Benz Commercial Vehicle Jeonju Service Center is near the Honam Expressway Gimje IC and National Route 1, improving customer accessibility, according to Daimler Truck Korea.
The service center, with a total area of 5,846㎡, is equipped with six work bays, including five general maintenance work bays and one painting work bay, allowing customers to quickly receive vehicle maintenance for general repairs and accident repairs.
Along with this expansion and relocation, the center will simultaneously operate a cargo vehicle comprehensive inspection center designated by the Korea Transportation Safety Authority, providing services not only for Mercedes-Benz trucks but also for trucks from other manufacturers.
Cho Gyu-sang, CEO of Daimler Truck Korea, said, "Mercedes-Benz trucks are continuously expanding the nationwide service center network to provide differentiated services for customers' swift return to operation," adding, "We will continue to strive to improve services so that customers can experience the maximization of total transportation efficiency."
