According to Jeju Province on the 15th, Mr. A, in his 20s, collapsed from cardiac arrest while commuting to work on the morning of the 14th and was transported to a hospital but passed away. This occurred six days after he received his second dose of the Pfizer vaccine on the 8th.

By vaccine type, there were 10 cases with Pfizer, 5 with AstraZeneca (AZ), and 1 with Moderna.
