MCNEX Decides to Acquire Land and Buildings Worth 43.3 Billion KRW

[Asia Economy Reporter Gong Byung-sun] MCNEX announced on the 15th that it has decided to acquire land and buildings worth 43.3 billion KRW from Korea Electronic Materials.

This acquisition was made for the purpose of relocating the headquarters and acquiring business to strengthen competitiveness in autonomous driving-related businesses. The acquisition amount is approximately 9.55% of the total assets.
