HDC Hyundai Development Company announced on the 15th that it plans to launch the residential officetel "Daejeon Doan Central I-Park" in November, located in C1 Block, C4 Block, and C5 Block of the Doan 2-1 District quasi-residential land in Daejeon Metropolitan City.
"Daejeon Doan Central I-Park" consists of 5 buildings ranging from 3 basement floors to a maximum of 26 floors above ground, with a total of 377 units of a single exclusive area of 84㎡. The officetels are designed around a 4-bay layout to maximize natural lighting and ventilation, and will enhance space utilization by installing features such as pantries with excellent storage capacity. The blocks will also include commercial facilities spanning from the 1st basement floor to the 3rd floor above ground.
The Doan New Town, where the complex is located, is a land development project covering the Seo-gu and Yuseong-gu areas of Daejeon City, with the first phase completed in 2012. The second and third phases are underway to build an eco-friendly ecological city as a waterfront area of the Doan Gapcheon District and a hinterland city of the administrative capital complex city.
It is located near the planned Daejeon Metro Line 2 tram station, and is adjacent to Dongseo-daero and Doan-daero, making it easy to access all areas of Daejeon. The area is also well connected to the metropolitan transportation network including the Daejeon Southern Ring Expressway and Honam Expressway.
Students can walk to Hongdo Elementary School and Daejeon Doan High School, and the soon-to-open Daejeon Bokyong Kindergarten (planned), Daejeon Bokyong Elementary School (planned), and Seonam Middle School No. 4 (planned) are also nearby.
The complex is close to the central commercial district, and various shopping and cultural facilities such as Homeplus, Lotte Mart, Megabox, and Daejeon City Museum are within easy reach. Doan Cultural Park and Jinjamcheon Riverside Park are located right in front of the complex, with Deollegi Neighborhood Park, Oknyobong Sports Park, and Gapcheon Lake Park (planned) also nearby.
Daejeon Doan Central I-Park is a residential officetel available for subscription nationwide without the need for a subscription savings account for anyone aged 19 or older. There are no restrictions on re-winning or mandatory residence. Some blocks (1 and 5) allow resale of pre-sale rights.
