The meeting was attended via online video conference by Bando Construction CEO Park Hyun-il, executives, and representatives from over 60 partner companies, where they discussed win-win cooperation plans through ESG management, establishment of a fair trade culture, and safety measures to prevent major accidents.
Bando Construction actively introduced its ESG management policies for mutual growth with partners, including eco-friendly construction through resource savings via smart construction and the introduction of renewable energy, signing a 'Fair Trade Agreement' with partners to ensure fair subcontracting order and win-win cooperation, and promoting joint technology development and patent registration through collaboration with partners.
In addition, they discussed ▲ the 2022 business plan and policy direction ▲ sharing defect cases by construction type ▲ quality improvement measures, and shared major accident cases related to the increasingly important safety and health management to jointly work on preventing safety accidents at construction sites. They also took time to introduce the selection of excellent partner companies and preferential benefits (such as expanded bidding opportunities and relaxation of contract performance guarantees).
