Estradeffic Decides on 15 Billion KRW Rights Offering to Shareholders

[Asia Economy Reporter Seongpil Cho] Estraffic announced on the 14th that it has decided to conduct a rights offering followed by a general public offering of forfeited shares to raise approximately 15 billion KRW for facility funds and other purposes. A total of 2.8 million new common shares will be issued at 5,530 KRW per share. On the same day, Estraffic also decided on a bonus issue, allocating 0.1 shares per one common share.
