Korea Investment & Securities Signs Business Agreement with Korea Small Giants Association

Korea Investment & Securities signed a business agreement with the Korea Small Giants Association on the 13th at the conference room on the 2nd floor of its Yeouido headquarters. [Asia Economy Reporter Hwang Junho] Korea Investment & Securities, a subsidiary of Korea Financial Group, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Korea Small Giants Association on the 14th to establish a win-win cooperation relationship.

The agreement aims to provide optimal financial services tailored to the asset size of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) by building a foundation for mutual growth with the Small Giants Association and strengthening the cooperation network. Korea Investment & Securities will offer financial solutions such as IB group services and fundraising support, investment attraction assistance, IPO, capital increase, spin-off, and merger support, as well as asset management for major shareholders and executives and consulting on business succession to the association’s member companies.

Korea Investment & Securities’ dedicated ultra-high-net-worth individual organization, GWM, and the Financial Center Headquarters specialized in corporate-related tasks will also help provide comprehensive solutions to support the sustainable growth and improved management environment of SMEs.
