The first concept is a package for customers considering their first-ever car.
Customers without insurance subscription history inevitably face a heavy burden of insurance premiums when purchasing a vehicle. Using Redcap's long-term rental car service allows customers to be free from the burden of insurance premiums.
For customers contracting Casper as their first-ever car, Redcap Tour provides essential benefits such as pre-delivery inspection, phytoncide application to prevent new car syndrome, and installation of three types of protective film PPF (door edge, door cup, fuel filler) to prevent scratches.
The second package is for customers who already own a vehicle but are considering purchasing a second car.
Redcap Rent-a-Car offers a service where, during regular rental car inspections for customers contracting Casper as a premium long-term rental car product, the existing owned vehicle is also inspected at the same location.
The actual drivers of the second car are often women or children in their 20s, who may feel burdened by vehicle management.
The company emphasized that to meet these customers' needs and through Redcap Rent-a-Car's differentiated vehicle management program, they have prepared a package product that allows systematic management of the second car as well as regular maintenance services for the existing vehicle.
The last package is the car camping package. Casper is attracting attention as a car camping vehicle because all seats in the first and second rows can be folded (folding the backrest forward), reclined (tilting the backrest forward and backward), and slid (moving the seat forward and backward).
