◆ HumanN = Announced that it signed a supply contract with PRIME METAL for Korean Steel Scrap HS Grade worth 1.3 billion KRW.

◆ Cosnine = Announced the decision to issue convertible bonds worth 15 billion KRW to raise funds for debt repayment.

◆ DSK = Announced that it acquired 5.78 million shares of its subsidiary Protox for 28.9 billion KRW, increasing its total ownership stake to 69%. The acquisition method was through a paid-in capital increase by acquiring new shares. Additionally, the company decided on a paid-in capital increase worth 14.9 billion KRW targeting Synergy Innovation to raise funds for securities acquisition.

◆ Asta = Announced that it signed a supply contract with LG Display for LDI-TOF MS worth 460 million KRW.

◆ H&B Design = Announced the decision to conduct a paid-in capital increase worth 44.8 billion KRW through a shareholder preferential public offering to raise facility and operating funds.
