Thinkware Selected as No.1 in Black Box Category for 6 Consecutive Years in 'Korea Industry Customer Satisfaction'


[Asia Economy Reporter Junhyung Lee] Thinkware announced on the 8th that its black box brand 'iNavi' was selected as the No. 1 in the black box category for six consecutive years in the '2021 Korea Customer Satisfaction Index (KCSI)' survey conducted by the Korea Management Association Consulting (KMAC).


The Korea Customer Satisfaction Index survey is an indicator that measures customer satisfaction with products and services by industry in Korea, marking its 30th anniversary this year. Every year, it surveys consumers on product and service satisfaction and loyalty by industry, then calculates a customer satisfaction index composed of 30% overall satisfaction, 50% element satisfaction, and 20% repurchase (usage) loyalty.


This survey was conducted from April to August this year targeting 354 companies across 112 industries, including 49 manufacturing and 63 service industries. A total of 10,798 consumers aged between 18 and 64 living in the Seoul metropolitan area and six major metropolitan cities participated through one-on-one interviews.


As a result, iNavi received scores of ▲84.1 points for overall satisfaction ▲86 points for element satisfaction ▲84 points for repurchase intention. It was selected as No. 1 in the black box category, solidifying its position as a leading brand in the industry, according to the company.


Thinkware is enhancing its competitiveness not only through products for black box market growth and customer satisfaction but also through various after-sales support services. The 'iNavi Premium Store,' a directly operated store by Thinkware headquarters, provides the industry's only one-stop premium service by utilizing the technology and service know-how accumulated over the past 20 years. Additionally, it offers a 'Black Box Accident Video Free Legal Consultation' service based on black box recorded footage.
