KB Kookmin Bank Conducts 'Employment School 12th Class' for Job Seekers

[Asia Economy Reporter Park Sun-mi] KB Kookmin Bank announced on the 7th that it conducted the 12th session of the ‘KB Good Job Employment School’ over two days starting from the 5th, targeting about 120 third-year employment preparation students from specialized high schools nationwide recommended by the Ministry of Education, in collaboration with the KB Financial Public Welfare Foundation.

The KB Good Job Employment School has involved over 1,100 specialized high school employment preparation students across a total of 11 sessions. The program, based on one-stop employment education, has presented milestones for employment success and received great responses from specialized high school students and teachers.

Participants of the 12th KB Good Job Employment School received essential employment courses through an online employment camp, including non-face-to-face recruitment processes, job competency analysis, application form consulting, video interviews, and artificial intelligence (AI) interview strategies. Even after the camp ended, participants will enjoy various benefits such as regular career counseling and employment matching with excellent companies through one-on-one customized employment consulting with dedicated consultants every month for about six months until the end of February next year.

A KB Kookmin Bank official stated, “The KB Good Job Employment School is a program reflecting the will expressed by KB Financial Group Chairman Yoon Jong-kyu in his 13th anniversary speech to strengthen the role of inclusive finance through ESG management,” adding, “We will continue to strive to help employment preparation students take their first step toward employment success through various program formats.”

Meanwhile, KB Kookmin Bank plans to hold the ‘2021 2nd KB Good Job Ontact Employment Fair (20th session)’ for two weeks from November 1 to 12 via the KB Good Job website and mobile app to contribute to the employment success of young job seekers.
