HL Group's New Autonomous Driving Subsidiary Named 'HL Klemove'... Launching in December

[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Hyewon] Halla Group announced on the 6th that it has decided to name its autonomous driving specialized startup subsidiary 'HL Klemove.'

The new name will be initially applied to MHE (Mando Hella Electronics), and MMS (Mando Mobility Solutions), an autonomous driving specialized company spun off from MHE and Mando, will be merged. The merger date for the two companies is December 1. On the same day, the two companies held a board meeting and approved this matter.

'Klemove' is a compound word of 'Clever' and 'Move,' embodying the commitment to "offer customers the freedom of movement through proactive attempts and results in the mobility sector." 'HL' stands for Halla Group's initials.

HL Klemove plans to unveil its corporate identity (CI), corporate vision, and future roadmap along with a launch event in early December.
