Kiwoom Securities Hosts '2021 Kiwoom Hero Battle' Real Investment Competition

[Asia Economy Reporter Park Jihwan] Kiwoom Securities announced on the 5th that it started the 2021 Kiwoom Hero Jeon Real Investment Competition from the 4th. Applications for the competition are open until November 21, and the competition period runs from the 18th to December 3.

This competition is divided into the Stock League and the Futures & Options League, with a total prize money of 167.35 million KRW to be awarded. The Stock League is composed of the 100 million Club, 30 million Club, 5 million Club, and 1 million Club based on deposited assets, while the Futures & Options League is organized as a single league.

The top performers in the Stock League will receive prize money as follows: 50 million KRW for the 100 million Club, 20 million KRW for the 30 million Club, 8 million KRW for the 5 million Club, and 1 million KRW for the 1 million Club. The first place in the Futures & Options League will receive 3 million KRW.

The highest profit earners in the Stock League will be awarded 15 million KRW for the 100 million Club and 5 million KRW for the 30 million Club, while the top profit earner in the Futures & Options League will receive 1 million KRW.

During the competition period, a stock trading event will also be held. Each week, the customer with the highest stock trading amount will receive 500,000 KRW in cash. Additionally, a total of 2,310 customers who meet a certain trading amount each week will be selected by lottery to receive department store gift certificates and cash prizes (150,000 KRW, 300,000 KRW).

A sharing event will also be conducted, where 1,000 customers who widely share the competition will be selected by lottery to receive a 10-pack of Dunkin Munchkin.
