The Nursing Department's General High School Track had 1,691 applicants for 85 spots, a rate of 19.9:1, and the Radiology Department's Specialized High School Track had 298 applicants for 10 spots, a rate of 29.8:1, showing that health-related fields remained strong this year as well.

Professor Lee Hwa-seok (Department of Electrical Engineering), Director of Admissions and Public Relations at Dong-Eui Science University, analyzed, “Despite the sharp decline in the school-age population and internal and external crises such as COVID-19, this year we were selected for various government-funded projects including the Ministry of Education’s general financial support university program. The excellent educational environment, including curriculum and scholarships, appears to have driven the increase in early admission competition rates compared to the previous year.”
