Sonopet Club & Resort and ANF Launch 'Please Take Care of Stray Cats' Campaign

Sonopet Club & Resort and ANF Launch 'Please Take Care of Stray Cats' Campaign Sonopet Club & Resort, 'Please Take Care of the Unknown Cat' Campaign.

[Asia Economy Reporter Yuri Kim] Sono Pet Club & Resort announced on the 1st that it will carry out the "Please Take Care of Mijimyo" campaign to protect Mijimyo (abandoned cats) in collaboration with the global pet food brand ANF until the end of this year. This is a relay sponsorship campaign to send love so that Mijimyo can spend a warm winter.

The term "Mijimyo" contains the meaning that instead of the negative connotation of "abandoned cat," it means "a companion cat who was in an unknown world meets an owner and creates beautiful memories together." To participate in sponsoring Mijimyo, one can express a cat's paw gesture through photos or videos, or take pictures of a cat's paw or paw pads, then upload them on their Instagram with the hashtags #MijimyoPleaseTakeCare #MijimyoSupportCampaign, and tag three next participants to continue the relay. For each post participating in the campaign, 1 kg of ANF pet food will be donated to the Korea Cat Protection Association to be used as food for Mijimyo. The campaign will end early once the target donation amount of 10 tons (equivalent to 10,000 posts) is reached.

To support the campaign, Sono Pet Club & Resort plans to hold an event where five participants who follow the official Sono Pet Instagram account and join the campaign will be selected by lottery to receive a one-night stay voucher at Sono Pet. Detailed information will be available on the Sono Pet Instagram after October 4.

A Sono Pet official stated, "Sono Pet has already been running the 'Welcome Campaign for Mijigyeon Adoption Families' since August to encourage the adoption of Mijigyeon and the establishment of a mature adoption culture, and we prepared this campaign as a way to support and cheer for Mijimyo as well," adding, "We hope that as many people as possible participate in the campaign so that more Mijimyo can have a warm winter."
