The Gyeryong Construction Consortium (Gyeryong Construction, Daewoo Construction, Kumho Construction, Taeyoung Construction) announced on the 30th that it will open a cyber model house for Leaders City, a complex with a total of 3,463 households in Cheondong 3 District, Dong-gu, Daejeon, on the 1st of next month and begin full-scale sales.
Leaders City will be developed with 1,328 households in Block 4 and 2,135 households in Block 5. The units for sale this time are 1,328 households with exclusive areas ranging from 59 to 84㎡ in 10 buildings of Block 4, excluding 653 households reserved for local residents.
Applications will be accepted starting with special supply on the 13th of next month, followed by first priority for the relevant area on the 14th, and first priority for other areas on the 15th. The scheduled move-in date is July 2024.
Leaders City is a station-area complex located in front of Sinheung Station on Daejeon Metro Line 1, offering good accessibility to downtown Daejeon areas such as Dunsan-dong and Eunhaeng-dong. Additionally, Daejeon Station on the Gyeongbu Line, served by KTX and SRT lines, is nearby, facilitating easy travel to major cities including Seoul and Busan.
Shopping facilities such as Homeplus, Sei Department Store, and Costco, as well as various convenience facilities including Chungnam National University Hospital and Hanwha Eagles Park, are located close by. Notably, Cheondong Elementary School is directly adjacent, making it a "Chopuma" (elementary school within walking distance) complex. Behind the complex are abundant green spaces including Saemgol Neighborhood Park, Ppyojoksan, and Bihaksan.
The Cheondong area in Dong-gu has been designated as a residential regeneration innovation district and is planned to be developed as a new residential complex hub in Daejeon. The complex boasts differentiated community facilities as it is developed as a mega complex with 3,463 households. All units are primarily south-facing, and there is ample storage space including large dressing rooms and corridor pantries (optional).
