[Asia Economy Reporter Kang Nahum] ESTsoft announced on the 29th that it will implement various employee compensation policies, including a uniform annual salary increase of 4 million KRW for all employees.
This compensation policy was prepared to provide practical rewards and momentum for additional growth to all employees who have contributed to the company's development.
The implemented compensation policies include ▲uniform salary increase ▲granting stock options to all employees ▲100% increase in cash-equivalent welfare points ▲provision of equipment for remote work and shared office spaces.
First, the company decided to increase the annual salary by 4 million KRW uniformly for all employees regardless of rank or position. The salary reflecting the increase will be paid starting next month.
Additionally, as a pre-reward for employees' future contributions, stock options worth an average of 10 million KRW will be granted to all employees through agenda resolution at the regular shareholders' meeting in March next year.
Welfare points, which can be used like cash at welfare malls or in daily life, will also be paid from next month at an amount increased by 100% from the current level.
Furthermore, with remote work becoming routine due to the spread of COVID-19, a policy to support work equipment for efficient work at home will also be established.
Jung Sangwon, CEO of ESTsoft, said, "We decided on this compensation policy to share the achievements with all employees who have contributed to the company's development and growth." He added, "Starting with the implementation of this policy, we plan to expand compensation policies so that the company's growth can be shared with employees in the future."
